What others are saying about this training:
“I have been working with Heather Sumlin and Mental Management for over 5 years. I have taken this particular course 3 times and continue to learn something new every time. The plan Heather helps you put into place to develop a mental game plan that works for you is easy to follow and clearly laid out in step by step directions. Her attention to detail shows in every seminar I take with her. She has changed the way I feel when going into competitions and the way I attack everyday life. Whether it is at a local trial or stepping to the line at a world team event, I know what my game plan is and that instills a whole new level of calm. If you want to take your mental game to the next level then I can’t recommend this seminar enough.”
“After attending Heather’s Mental Management seminar I became aware of how many negative things I think and say about myself. This awareness has enabled me to catch the thoughts and change them and ultimately not think them at all! I can already see my confidence growing. I tend to be a perfectionist and very goal oriented which can be a lot pressure, by learning new ways of thinking about those goals and focusing on the process rather than the outcome, the pressure has lessened significantly. I encourage anyone who desires more confidence and joy in whatever they want to achieve to attend one of Heather’s seminars!”
