1st Webinar – Foundations
Learn the foundation of Mental Management from the ground up. This webinar will give you the building blocks you need to build a strong, competitive mental foundation and show you how to gain an understanding of how to generate successful performance every time you hit the show ring. You will learn the Mental Management Principles and how to directly apply them as a dog handler thus allowing you to become a consistent and balanced competitor.
2nd Webinar – The System

Your foundation is solid and you have all of the building blocks in place. Now we will learn to construct a solid mental system specifically for you to utilize each and every time you enter the ring. Learn how to create mental consistency which will in turn create consistent performance. This session will reveal why a trusted mental program is vital to the success of the top athletes in every sport. Let us show you how to reach the top of your game!

3rd Webinar – Performance Under Pressure

You step in the ring, you are seconds away from your turn. The judge is looking at you and you can feel the competitors eyes turn your way. You look up and are trying to recall the course and you have a moment of panic. Has this ever happened? Well, in this session we will show you how to harness the power of pressure and learn how to use that pressure to your advantage. We will learn the truth about pressure, why it is there, what to do with that pressure and how to harness and manage it!
4th Webinar – Mastering Self-Image Change
We’ve learned now how to build a better mental program, now we’re going to learn how to build a better you. We will dive into the principles of self-image, how to create You you’ve been striving for and how to protect the You you have created. Learn the power of changing habits and becoming stronger, more self-confident and the best partner you can be to your canine companion.

These classes are perfect for any dog handler.  Heather will use dog agility examples but welcomes other questions as well from other dog sports.

Training will take place online either Tuesdays or Wednesdays:

Tuesdays September 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th at Noon central time

Wednesdays September 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th at 4:30pm central time

(the first and last session will be 90 minutes long, the 2nd and 3rd session will be 1 hour each)
